Seems like a quality product but I am dissatisfied and disappointed that my t6 and t8 tire bits stripped out so fast. I am using it on hobby cars and on the lowest torque setting. Did I get a defective set of bits that are too soft. I want replacements. Otherwise I would have loved to change rating to 5 star? How do I contact support?

This is a reasonable tool for light duty electronics, but is not up for any heavier duty tasks. (and doesn't really claim to be.The driver is a light, slim profile, so it should be able to reach into most locations. It fits well in the hand and is easy to use. There are three torque settings, but I didn't feel a lot of difference between them, It is likely that you will need to break fasteners loose before the power drive will readily turn them (which is hinted at in the docs) I found the most useful for running screws in and out, which it does reasonably quickly. It has a work light that focuses on the screwdriver blade and screw, but it is not very bright, in typical room lighting I couldn't really see it, but it wasn't really needed. (I didn't try it in dark locations but it would probably be useful there. The kit includes a good selection of 1/8" hex size bits, including a lot of the 'odd-ball' non-standard bits, but they are all on the small size (the largest Philips bit is a #1) This is OK, but having a few larger bits would have been nice. The case is very nice, decidedly on the fancy side, but doesn't have spaces for the included bit de/magnetizer or the charging cable, though these can be made to fit.The biggest downside in these days of concern about e-waste is that the battery is non-replaceable according to the docs. IMHO it should be, and is the biggest reason I only gave it four stars. My bottom line is that this is a functional tool, but isn't an essential... It is a nice luxury and might be an excellent gift for your electronic geek friends and relatives.

I rarely get excited about tools. I mean, tools are tools, right? Things you use so you can do other things. It's not the tool that matters, it's what the tool allows you to do, right? But, oh, this tool...It's really well designed. That's not enough by itself, of course—a tool ought to be well-designed. (It's sad how many aren't, but that's a rant for a different time.)But this thing...oh, yeah. Comfortable, easy to use, I like that the Torx bits are actually "security Torx" bits (for those maddening Torx screws with the little bump in them, because the makers of screws are locked in this arms-race death spiral with the makers of screwdrivers, those on the one side determined not to let us fix our own stuff, those on the other determined to enable us to do so). I like that it shows battery charge remaining and current torque setting.Really, there's nothing not to like. Five stars would recommend for anyone trying to get into gadgets held together by maddening little screws designed to keep you from getting into gadgets. Go forth, my fellow heroes, and void some warranties!

I am really surprised at how well this tool works. It is the perfect companion for taking apart all things electronic. I like how much torque it has for such a small item and that it has a slight "impact driver" effect to help loosen tightly installed screws. (It works for installing the screws as well)The box is really well organized and makes it easy to find the bit that you need for the task at hand. The bits are CR-V steel so you won't have to worry about them stripping out on the first use.The three speeds are very useful. The lowest is what I use the most, but the high speed (3) works great for taking apart items with lots of screws. Lastly, the light is a great touch in tight spaces.

This 36-in-1 electric screwdriver set is a good option for anyone who tinkers with electronics or needs a compact tool for various jobs around the house. Here's a breakdown of its pros and cons:Pros:Convenience: The cordless design and rechargeable battery make it much easier to use than a manual screwdriver, especially in tight spaces.Multiple Bits: With 36 bits, you'll likely have the right size for most electronic devices, phones, computers, and small appliances.Portable: The aluminum case keeps everything organized and protected, and its small size makes it easy to store or toss in a bag.LED Screen and Light: The LED screen displays helpful information like battery level and torque setting, while the built-in light helps you see what you're doing in low-light conditions.Cons:Limited Torque: At 0.3N.m, the torque is on the lower end. This is great for delicate electronics but not suitable for tougher jobs that require more force. Not the Most Powerful: Don't expect this to replace a heavy-duty drill. It's better for precision work on small screws.Overall:This is a well-made and user-friendly electric screwdriver set that's perfect for everyday tasks, especially on electronics. The multiple bits, portability, and LED features make it a valuable addition to any toolbox. However, if you need a tool for heavy-duty driving or jobs requiring high torque, you might want to consider a more powerful option.
