Cannot rate product because item never arrived. If I still want this hoist, I must cancel and reorder. Not what I would say is customer friendly........UPDATE: Product finally arrived and is everything that you could ever need and want. Very Pleased.

Conceptionally this is a great idea... otherwise not so much. I'm very frustrated with this system and regardless of how much research and video I absorb, I cannot get this to work properly. It goes up and down, as it should, however, when I hook up the top to it, it tilts backwards rather severely and the front cable has a large loop in it. It makes no sense to me whatsoever given that I've followed the instructions verbatim. All in all I will continue to use it because in effect it does what is supposed to do, but, to say I'm disappointed with the functionality of it would be a gross understatement.

Package arrived damage and I hope all parts are still inside. I don’t blame the manufacture but somewhere along the line more care needs to be provided.

We love this lift! So easy to use, and installation was easy when following video and written instructions. Easy enough for one person to independently remove the top. Great design and functionality.

It is difficult to install, once is completely installed is easy to use. Make sure to have 2 people when trying to re-install the roof to avoid scratches since is hard to set up the car at the same time to fit the roof correctly on top.

GUys, This is a cool item. Ido like it. However not the most precise on distances between 2x6. I really thought you wanted the distance of 13.5 inches either way of plumb center tome centered on those spots. THat bites. GUys the screws included strip very easily even with pilot holes. Go buy wood screws at Lowes. Will save you time. Watch a video before install. I like it but damn..... it took longer than expected

I sold my Roll-N-Jack because it too up too much floor space and I couldn’t remove the top by myself with it. I got the hoist, had my handy man install it, and I can do everything else myself! I love this thing! Jeep 2021 JL 4 Door.

Instructions could have been written a bit better. This took my husband the better part of a day to install. Leveling is still a little off and took quite a while for us to get to where we are at now.
