I live in Southern CA so we spend a lot of time outdoors. My family loves to watch movies in the backyard or while camping. I have a home projector but wanted something smaller for watching movies while I’m out and about. When I came across this projector I decided to give it a try. My 9 year old loves watching movies in my room on our bedroom wall so he was so beyond excited when the projector came. While we were charging the base we decided to plug the projector in and get it set up. This projector is easy to set up and the adjustable stand makes it easy to place the picture exactly where you want it. My other projector does not have an adjustable base so we spend a good amount of time adding objects under it to get it where we want the picture to be. The screen size, angel and focus are easy to adjust to in the settings to your preferences. The images are clear and crisp. While the sound from the projector is less than ideal I love that it offers connectivity to a Bluetooth speaker of your choice. I connected it to my favorite Bluetooth speaker and the sound was amazing. While I do love this projector I did have a couple of issues with it. I had a difficult time connecting it to my iPhone. I emailed customer support and they were great in getting back to me and following up with me quickly. I eventually figured it out on my own and have had no problems moving forward. Also I was not aware that I would not be able to stream Netflix, Prime Video, etc. via my phone. I purchased an Amazon fire stick which works perfectly with my projector but was bummed to have to spend additional money to watch my favorite shows and movies. Finally while I love that it connected to my Bluetooth speaker the sound is very delayed. Some may not think that it’s a big deal but I tend to focus on the fact that the voices don’t sync up with the images.Overall this is a great projector for the price. I love that is is portable and comes with an adjustable stand. The images are amazing and crisp. With a few minor adjustments I think that this could be a 5 star projector.

I had budgeted a whole evening to set up this projector, but it was up and running within minutes. The setup is pretty straightforward and there are video resources to help you through the process.Connects to WiFi, then you can mirror your phone or similar device to the projector. Also supports HDMI input, cable included, and USB.The image is fairly sharp. The trapezoid setting can be adjusted to cast a rectangular image. Can run on battery power or plug into an outlet. The battery functions as a base for the unit, and the top connects using magnets. The audio quality is just okay. Can use an aux cable, not included, to connect to your own speakers.I wanted to use this to project images on the house for Halloween and other holidays, but can already see how this will allow us to share a movie in bed at night, projected on the wall or ceiling.

This outdoor mini-projector has a lot to offer, especially for casual use. It's impressively small, lightweight, and rechargeable, making it easy to take just about anywhere. Setup was relatively simple, and most of the necessary hardware is included (although not everything—more on that later). The image quality is surprisingly crisp when projected about four feet away, and the internal speaker does a solid job if you’re not looking to connect external audio. However, a better external audio system, such as a Dolby surround sound system, would create a richer sound experience. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections were smooth with no real issues. One pleasant surprise: the HDMI projection feature works quite well. The stream quality aligns well with the sound, making it a solid choice if you use it primarily with HDMI devices. There are, however, a few drawbacks. When projected from farther distances, the image loses sharpness, and it doesn’t look great against standard white home walls—it's better suited for darker or purpose-built screens. Keystone correction is manual only, which isn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning if you're used to more automated setups. Another minor frustration: the remote control requires two AAA batteries, which aren’t provided. Again, it’s a minor thing, but it would have been nice if they included a shrink-wrapped battery pack as a nice courtesy to avoid a last-minute trip to the convenience store. The bigger letdown for me was the wireless mirroring from iOS devices. The projector doesn't appear as an option, even on the same Wi-Fi network. Wired mirroring is only partially proper—it projects static elements vertically, but it doesn’t display dynamic video or correct for horizontal viewing. This could be partly due to the older age of my smartphone, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt here.Overall, it's a simple projector well-suited for basic projection needs. It doesn't quite live up to some of its own advertising hype, but for what it is, it works. I'm giving it four stars for now, although I may update my rating later if I discover additional features or any further issues arise.
