This works as described and my budgies loved it.My only few gripes are:1. The cut outs on the bar part. Why not make it a solid piece?Those make it harder to clean and my birds put their feet in there.2. I am not sure how long the cage attachment is going to last. If you over tighten it, it will most likely break.The yellow bird spins around just like it is supposed to and sets itself back up straight. That drives my birds nuts (in a good way) and makes it a formidable opponent for my more aggressive budgie. lolIt wobbles around when my bird attacks it and they love that.Overall, it is a great toy.I wish I could give it a 4.5 star but Amazon doesn't allow that for some reason.
