Without this, you will have a hard time tightening the faucet bolt. My situation is that I replaced the faucet, so it's on the counter with the sink in place and it's very tight to get that bolt tightened. This is the best money spent and it was faster to get the job done. Sadly, Pfister does not include this with their faucet. Highly recommended if you have a tight spot to do this. You won't regret it.

After our countertops were installed and undermount sink was put in there wasn't enough room for a wrench or a basin wrench to tighten the mounting nut for the faucet. Unfortunately this tool did not come with my Pfister Neera faucet Model: LG529-NES but it worked perfectly to tighten it down.

excellent tool for the job. for a DYI person who doesn't do many, the low cost makes it a must, even for one or two installs.

Needed to do some repairs and preventive maintenance on my faucet. Ordered another multipurpose tool but I couldn't get it to reach or grasp properly. Low and behold, found myself having to order this thing. It worked for the most part. If it didn't work, it wasn't because it couldn't reach or connect, but the part was really tightened on and I just couldn't get any leverage on this hand-sized thing. I'm sure the tool could have handled it, but I'll never know. Really feel it was meant for installs only though. I give it four stars just cause the fact I had to order something I'll only use while I have this particular faucet. But regardless of what I get next, I'm keeping this tool darn it.

Had a plumber install a new kitchen faucet with our new counter tops a few years back. Had to order this to try to remove old faucet that was badly corroded. Plumber took the tool with him that came with the faucet. This may work to install, but not remove. To remove it I had to use a 38mm socket, 1/2 inch socket wrench and a couple of extensions.
