When I ordered, I wanted metal lids and they actually arrived with plastic lids. I'm super disappointed in this falsehood and wish I got my money back or new lids. I hope they last, as I will be really annoyed if the lids break. Metal is best, hope I get replacement lids that are metal.

Holds seal amazingly I don't own a dishwasher so I put a small amount of bleach in the bottom and fill with boiling water to clean. The caps are also very reusable

Not a great purchase. With our first batch of cider we have already had one bottle break in half, causing cider to pour out and ruin pantry items. This happened completely unprovoked, as no one was even in the room or making any movement around the bottles. I’m afraid to even touch the rest out of fear they will explode.
