This is a really nice travel pack. Really smart design. On the smaller side but that's what I was looking for. Just enough space for a change of clothes, toiletries, a compressible neck pillow and my laptop. This is a great value. My husband was so impressed he wants one too.

Buying things I'm not familiar with is difficult for me. Sometimes its a shot in the dark. However, this backpack/briefcase is exactly what I needed and exceeds my expectations. Only my daily use will help me understand its durability. I take care of my things, but I buy them to use.

Though a decently designed bag, the carabiner clips that hold the shoulder straps can get uncliped ON THEIR OWN, if you twist the strap a certain way. It happens often.The one time I got unlucky, bam, there goes my laptop screen.Major oversight. DO NOT GET THIS IF YOU WILL BE CARRYING ANY SENSITIVE ELECTRONICS!!!!

Great bag. Plenty of storage and great options for carrying. I like how the backpack straps and be stored away for the side strap option. Great support to carry it on luggage. I’m worried about the plastic snaps the backpack holds with. But they haven’t failed as of yet.The whole bag looks nice.

I love the layout and organization in this bag. Tons and tons of pockets! Now down to the bad:The backpack straps are thin and not that wide.The zippers are down right awful, my fingers hurt trying to use the zippers.The laptop compartment is not raised and the bottom is thin fabric.The outside fabric feels stiff and not pliable.The lining feels similar to what you would find in a bag half the cost.The price point is way too high for the quality you are getting. This bag seems like a $30 bag at the most.
