We’ve been trying to install ours for well over an hour. We finally figured out that the pipe that screws into the wall wasn’t threaded correctly. Had to go to the hardware store to get a better pipe. Then the additional part where both the shower head and spray head are attached wouldn’t tighten. We finally figured out that the pieces inside of it weren’t tight and had to do that first before we could actually put it together. Having said that, with enough Teflon tape we got it to stop leaking. I would not recommend this to anyone. There’s actually an installation video on their website, and it’s taken from so far away that you can’t really tell what they’re doing. There need to be instructions with this, and there needs to be better quality control in the manufacturing of the pieces. Including a pipe, whose threads don’t work is useless. Also, after varying amounts of teflon tape, we’ve determined there is NO way to stop it from leaking. What a nightmare. BEWARE!!

I bought this a year and three months ago and the thing is completely broken. The plastic is cheap as can be and easily breaks. This product is not built to last.

The water supply pipe had faulty threads so we just used our old part. It does make the water nice and soft.

Loving it! Great water pressure! Softer skin and hair! Overall, I am very happy with this product. Unfortunately, it did not come with installation instructions, and the only installation video online was for the hand held version. However, my husband and I were able to figure it out pretty easily.

I was sold on these after my bf found them on IG and we experienced the difference in water pressure and water quality. I have noticed a significant change in how my skin and hair feel post shower and I really like how it was an easy way to improve the water pressure in my shower. I just wish that it came with the option to install or hang the second handheld shower head lower for short folks. I have to jump on the side of my bathtub to reach up and adjust anything or grab the handheld component which is annoying
