I dropped the original 25+ year old B&D pot and needed a replacement. As mentioned this is the under cabinet model. The original pot was about 4.5" tall (12cup). This pot fits with a small mod to the coffee filter holder. There is a skirt on the perimeter of the bottom of the filter holder that comes down about 1/4" below where the filter sits. I cut this "skirt" off with a cut-off disc on a Dremel, cleaned it up with a hand file and this pots now fits perfectly in the coffee maker and under the filter holder, it even sits on the resetted heater plate properly. The advertised width is 10", that must be including the handle. I test brewed one pot and it worked flawlessly.

Even with the gadget that comes with it still doesn’t reach the part where coffee comes out of. It’s still doesn’t reach that part. Annoying.

So happy I could find this on Amazon. It fits my coffee maker, so I don't have to get a new coffee maker. I like my coffee maker, not really the new ones I've seen at the stores.

I thought I was buying a 10 cup carafe, but what I got is a carafe that is wider than my old 1. It only give maybe 3 16 ounce cups.

Unfortunately, it's too tall for my 20 yr old space saver RV coffee maker. Im so disappointed. I've been searching for so long...and have returned so many carafes that "they" guaranteed would fit...Anything to make a buck, I guess...
