Easy to install and holds alot of weight. I liked the rubber on top, it keeps the weight from sliding

So I installed it and it took forever! I think if you have a wood installation, it'll be so much easier - but for me, I had to install it onto my foundation in the basement and it was challenging. So much so, we needed a hammer drill, specialty bits, and all.But - the supplied hardware was good and it does hold well. Excuse my crooked installation... there are no take backs once you install the hardware, so I had to do with. But as far as the product is concerned - it works 100% and I would buy another one if needed.

As other reviewers have said this is a heavy duty bar holder that should perform flawlessly for many years, or until you give up your home gym.... Comes with 3 anchor bolts for concrete and 3 lag bolts for wood anchoring. The one thing that you will have to keep in mind is that unless you have more than 3 1/2 inches mounting area, you will not be able to put in all 3 bolts. So if you only have normal wall studs 2x4s , you will have to get in the wall or make a mounting plate to attach this bar holder. Also keep in mind how long your bar is and the height of the ceiling area you have, if you have this in a basement with a lower ceiling, you may not be able to make this work.
