Installed this in a 2012 Ford F150 XLT Extended Cab (Super Cab) driver’s side rear door. It works and fit perfectly. Many reviews for this part mentioned that one of the mounting points had a stud in place of a bolt hole and they had to go out and buy a nut. In my case, the opposite was true. My old regulator had a stud in the bottom mounting point and this new one had a bolt hole. This was a non issue as extra bolts are included.

Easy install and works. The only difference between the replacement and stock part is the rubber window pad. Not a big deal

This was a perfect OEM quality fit. The only variance is that on my 2006 the lower mount was a screw from the factory and this has a stud/bolt that fits in the slot. Not a big deal because I had a nut that fit it, but might be a pain if you don't have the right 10mm nut to fit the stud. Other than that, works great, window is better than new. Very pleased with quality. Not a super difficult installation, take your time and watch a youtube video before you start it if you're not sure what you're doing.

Super easy install. The hardest part of this job is removing the door panel. This is also a perfect time to upgrade your speakers, as they are even easier to remove and install. As a side note...the lowest mounting hole/bolt is now a stud, that requires a nut and lock washer. So you'll need that to mount the bottom bolt/nut. You won't be able to use the bolt, you'll need a nut instead.I just happen to have these things in bins and storage so it wasn't an inconvenience to me. If you don't have this lying around, take your bolt to the hardware store and match it with a nut and washer.A flawless operation of the motor and window track.
