I had to re-order the product bc it took nearly a week just for the item to begin the shipping process. When it arrived, the package was slightly torn and in fair-poor shape. This could have been caused by placing it in an envelope. When I started to use the product, the English instructions were very minimal and didn't have any pictures to assist. I had to use YouTube to figure out how to use it.My biggest problem w the product is that there's 1 charging cable for 2 battery packs. I'm not sure how well the packs keep their charge, but this will mean that I have to charge 1 pack maybe for a morning and then the other pack while I'm playing. In addition, the charging cable is rather difficult to remove from the Xbox 360 controller. I have to give it a pretty big tug on it to remove it and I feel like the port is going to break in my hands. I will see in the coming months how it goes.

Los mejores accesorios de un 3o por parte de Xbox, Nyko, una marca confiable en perifericos para la consola.Estan a muy buen precio, a pesar de que ya no lo uso, a mi niño le es mas sencillo estar con el mando inalambrico que con un gran cable en el cuarto.Se cargan muy rapido y lo mejor es que vienen 2 pilas.Buena calidad de materiales y construccion del mismo.

I bought the nyko charging kit for my 2 boys last Christmas for there xbox360 controller's! I was so tiered of having to go buy batteries! This was a great buy.we have not had a problem with it at all. Seems to carge good and stay change. I have to say this is so much better for the environment then buying throw away batteries. Plus the money I have saved not having to buy batteries. I going to purchase 2 more set because I want the same brand charge cord and can't find one on Amazon other then this set. And get one for my nephew for his birthday! Hope my review helps and if u are like me and keep looking to find the best buy or the best products. I wouldn't look anymore just buy this and u will be happy with it. 😀 Thanks Amazon for caring this product.

i never knew there was a product like this and i tried to buy and it has been working really well so far with my xbox 360 controller..although it is not officially from microsoft, but the product is worth it to buy given the cheap price..the package is good as new and the delivery is on time as well..

I bought several cheap rechargeable batteries in the past and it only last less than a month so I stick with the original 360 x-box battery. It got to the point that the original x-box batteries here on amazon more and more expensive like $40 a pair so I bought a second hand so I can save money. Somehow one of the second hand battery were Nyko and I told the seller that the batteries that he advertised on amazon were second hand x-box batteries and not Nyko. He gave me a refund because it has a Nyko battery included, the Nyko battery works find like the 360 x-box battery so I gave a try to purchased a brand new Nyko Battery and it works just like the original Microsoft x-box battery. It is cheap, dependable and works just fine like the original Microsoft x-box battery. You won't regret your purchase and it last long not like the other cheap ones out there.

I ordered this because at some point one of my controller batteries stopped charging, and the other got lost...and then the cord stopped working altogether. This charges quickly, but they don't stay charged for as long as I thought it would, and I don't even use my Xbox 360 for gaming anymore really, I mainly use it for streaming apps. Price wise, this was way better than what my local GameStop wanted for the same type of thing, they were asking $27.99 for one battery and a cord. This is a good deal, but I can't speak for how well this will keep your controllers charged if you're using them for gaming, I would imagine only an few hours if I had to guess. Overall, it serves the purpose I needed, at least I can navigate my Xbox once again, but the charge could hold a bit longer in my opinion.

It's certainly a five star so far, but I've only been using it about a month. Having said that, I have only had to charge it once (aside from first use) with daily use. I will update this review at a later date, when the product has aged and I have used the second battery.I would also like to mention best practice for getting optimal battery life out of this product. This product is Nickel Ion which means that "deader is better" before putting back on the charger. I recommend letting it die repeatedly until it wont turn on for more than a minute (if feasible). This will guarantee maximum life. Batteries of this type that are put on the charger frequently will have a much shorter life and that should be expected.

I'm still new to the xbox 360, I bought it used... I've been a playstation guy, but wanted to hook up an external hard drive with movies on it, so xbox here I am. But the xbox I bought had 2 dead batteries in the controllers, and wouldn't charge or hold a charge.I have just opened the package and the cord is even longer than the 1 I had. I have a couple controllers so I decided to charge both at the same time, 1 was green immediately. I have it unplugged from the xbox and it's holding a charge, I'm not sure how long it will last but they say up to 25 hours. I'm excited to have working wireless controllers for like $12.

I was thinking of just getting the regular microsoft play and charge kit then i came across this product. it was cheaper and i normally dont like to buy the cheaper products i would just rather pay the extra 5 or whater amount of money to make sure i have a product that will last me. but my brother told me about this one and said it worked great for him and he has had it for a year now. so of course i had to get one. and let me tell you when it is fully charged it can last for hours.and it dont take that long to charge it up.
