I haven't used this pan yet as it came after Christmas. I am giving it 5 stars as I haven't found a Nordic pan I didn't like. They cost more but well worth their price and long lasting, I am looking forward to making goodies for next year.

This is a good quality cakelete pan. I used it to make gingerbread cakeletes. I prepared the pan per the directions. Cakelets released without sticking. I made the batter for a full sized gingerbread cake. I baked the batter in two separate batches. The cakeletes were just the right size for individual snacks.

These-and all Nordicware-are perfection. I have so many of the baking pans, and haven't had an issue at all. Some have said they have issues with the cakes sticking-just be sure you coat them well-I use a paper towel and pour a little vegetable oil on it and wipe them with it, and have no issues at all.

Was happy with this pan! I used it to make holiday Bundt cakes. It worked really well. We used a brush and flour to make sure we hit all the details. 90% came out perfect on the first try! I say that’s a win! The other 10% tasted great but didn’t pop right out.

I have a vast collection of Nordic Ware baking molds. From prtite four size, cupcake and cakelet size to Bundt size full cakes. And 3 qt size( 9x13 ) and loaf pans. Learning tp prep pans for easy release is key to success. Every nook and cranny needs to be sprayed or coated then dusted. Flour most often, sometimes cornmeal, sometimes sugar/ cinnamon. Depending on batter flavor. Be sure you let cakes res in pans a few minutes to steam loose. Not until cool, it will re-stick to pan if it cools. I love them all and i have most over the past 40 years. It is a learning curv to get clean release of designs.very pleased.

Love Nordic ware for baking ... the pan is great used them from traditional cakelets ... just one the snowflake mould need a thing brush for cleaning. T

The cakes are hard to get out, I followed directions it still hard some of the cakes broke
