I don’t know why they decided not to ceramic coat the inside surface of the cone shaped piece. This will make it hard to clean.

This worked perfectly! Hubby was able to do this all by himself:) no drip mess in the BBQ, and the non stick finish was a clean up dream! right in the dishwasher with the post cooking mess and it came out looking brand new! chicken was juicy and delicious and I didn't have to heat up my house in the hot summer! TRY IT! you'll like it!!!!

This was a perfect, chicken was moist, tender and tasty. There was enough room in the tray to add a few extra legs. The little ones were happy for that.

I absolutely love this Beer Can Chicken Roaster.The best thing about it, is that it is in fact 2 pieces. The beer can holder part is removeable and can be used seperately on its own out of the round tray, giving you the option to use the round tray for some veggies.Ive used it a few times so far in the smoker and BBQ, easy to place and balance the chicken on it, fill the center with the liquid of your choice and away you go!The Roaster is so easy to clean also. Non stick surface.

I had used one of these for over 15 years. It was time to replace the original. It is still made well and works beautifully. I believe it cooks more evenly. Easy to marinade. Also, you can get flavor throughout the chicken by covering the cone and stuffing onion or garlic on the inside of the chicken where it stays in place while it cooks.

It was a lot of fun making the Beer Can Chicken. Nordic Ware's rack is heavy duty and supports a standard beer can. It has a deep pan to keep all of the juices around the bird and keeps it moist. Highly recommend!

Easy to use, works well for what it's intended for, chicken is supported well on the center portion to be able to remove from BBQ, but not as easy to keep clean as I thought.

Great and easy way to cook chicken with vegetables (carrots, potato, onion) - the chicken is super moist. Add some extra (beer, water, chicken broth to the bottom to coat vegetables. I found you don't need to cook the chicken as long as the directions indicate. Also, I use mine in the oven, so I put the roaster on a baking sheet (jelly roll pan), just in case the juices drip off the chicken (over the side of the roaster) - I don't want them dripping onto the bottom of the oven.
