I got a Blackstone griddle last year, and I absolutely love it. I thought seasoning it after every use would be a chore, but after eating the delicious food I cook on it, it's not a bother at all.One thing I learned very quickly is that griddling requires a LOT of accessories. I've already gotten the spatulas, the smash press, the oil/water squeeze bottles, etc., but ususally I end up taking a T.V. tray out with me to put all of that stuff on. You have butter, oil, seasoning, cheese slices, more seasoning, the little bowl of garlic butter that your one kid wants on their burger because they love it (you know who you are!) and all of that stuff takes up space.This is the way.This tray has more than enough space to hold just about everything I want to use out there. The griddle already has a magnetic strip where I can attach my spatulas and scraper, but this has an even stronger one. (So strong that when I made the mistake of putting it back in the box, I accidentally put the magnetic bar first into the tray, and could almost NOT get it back out again. Fortunately I was able to pry it out and will not make that mistake again.)So it comes with the main tray, and a bracket (that can be installed on the left or right side) that can hold a roll of paper towels (also a necessity -- I'm messy) and the two C-style clamps that will clamp on one of the side trays and has metal slots that the main tray will fit over snugly. It also contains some hooks to hold some of your tools from, if that's something you make use of.I also really like that it's got slots in the bottom so if you do spill something, it won't just sit in there and get everything messy.This is certainly a winner, and it will get a LOT of use this summer!
