I got this carburetor to go on a project bike that I am working on. I can't contest to the way it performs on the bike. The bike is in pieces right now. With the frame sent out to be powder coated. I am upgrading the engine with stage two cam, oversize piston and high performance exhaust. Being able to replace the carb. with this one should save time and money. No rebuilding and re-jetting the old one. Plus this one looks a lot better than the old one. Just visually looking at this carburetor it looks precision made. The bore has a high polish and all moving parts move smooth. I can't wait to see how it performs.

I replace carbs on my bikes all the time trying to get the most out of them. I have several 250cc motorbikes and quads that can always use enhancement and this carb has done that. It is pretty much plug and play then tune to your liking. This as almost all other carbs I have replaced can be done fairly quickly and painlessly. Do not be afraid to try on your own.I did not like the performance on my 250 so I bumped it up to this carb. Lets just say that it has made a major difference in the machine. I have more power and am able to go places easier then I had been prior to this carb. Better use of power is always a positive thing.If you are looking for more performance out of your bike check this out. It is a pretty low cost solution to a all around better bike. Give it a shot and install on your own. It will be a learning experience and you will get to know your bike better.
