Buyer beware! The marketing is slightly misleading because it can easily be assumed that since it connects to wifi that you would be able to access the information remotely. You cannot! There is literally no purpose of connecting it to wifi other than to use the app. The problem is that you cannot log into the app on your phone if you are not either next to the device or using the same wifi. In other words that app is useless if you're not standing next to the device.

This product is easy to use, it will help me save time by keeping up with employee time, but more than that the customer care that I received from Markus was outstanding. No long hold times, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this timeclock.

Doesn’t always recognize finger prints, so we changed to facial recognition. Same problem. Also connection failures requiring rebooting. The lack of reliability has wasted more time and money than the cost of the unit. Would return but my window passed recently. Should have sent it back right away but I hoped to work out the bugs. Useless!

The time clock is simple and works great for automatic in/out punching using the RFID cards. I don't use the facial recognition feature because I think it would only work best if using the select punch mode(ie selecting in or out punch before the punch action). The facial recognition sensor is high and may lead to accidental punches. The fingerprint reader works fine. Contrary to other product reviews, The wifi password can include letters, just follow the instructions. I don't think the system calculates overtime so I've had to manually do so in spreadsheets. Downloading the data is simple with the app, but you have to be on the same wifi to do so. The data can be emailed simply from your smart device. Overall, a good value time clock with modern functions.

great product, easy to set up - had on issue re syncing with my phone - called the 1800 number and they answered right away - discussed my problem and 30 seconds later we fixed it together and all works great!Amazing product!

Time and date on the machine is correct but when I export the report all the times are 1 day early. For example. On Monday an employee clocks in, but on the spread sheet it says he clocked in Sunday. I triple checked the settings on the machine and it is correct. Still not exporting correctly and I have been on hold with them for a long time...

MB1 review.So I noticed a lot of the bad stars were from MB2 so decided to get the MB1.I noticed people happy & not happy with how it’s programmed.1. The set up of mounting it was pretty easy.2. The Internet part was a little different.- it didn’t show on the manual how to change the numbers to letters to put the password on the internet.- after checking out the system I learned from one of the options it had that if I press the arrows facing left or right I could Change the option of letters to numbers.3. Then I tried the usb for password didn’t work. I may have skipped a step but luckily I was able to insert the wifi password myself.4. Then I created a admin user because it said you can’t do much if you don’t have a admin registered.5. The face password I took off because it kept clocking me in & out without a confirmation if that’s what I wanted to do.But I believe haven’t tested it out. After I took it off I found a setting that removes automatic clock in. So I’m not sure if that’s how you fix the problem.6. I also want to know if there is a system for on the go employees. A app for them. To clock in there breaks if there not near the system. And since it’s via wifi, it would be great to save the information and when they get back to the office they go on there app and upload there break times in via WiFi. As a employee.Because many of my employees leave the property and come back but they wouldn’t be able to upload the exact time of there break in and out.Maybe a option for them to insert it when they arrive directly to the machine would be great.7. Past theory to test if the product works. Is to use it my self. Because I notice someone said they couldn’t download the hours. So I don’t want to have a huge problem like that. So I decided to clock in and out myself for the next week. And if the memory and download is good I’ll be able to use it with the employees.Update:So it doesn’t have a break feature. So the girls get confused and they don’t put in the time correctly and that’s more time consuming.It also doesn’t have a availability for employee app for on the go it’s only a one site set up.It definitely okay but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This product is a little difficult to use....everything has to be set up on the time clock itself...but let me tell you....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT HAS BEEN AWESOME!!! I have called a few times in the last couple of days with a few issues.....not big....but the support and the patience of the staff is GREAT!!! they have stayed on the line with me until i figured out the problem and how correct it!Thanks Guys!

Our office bought this time clock a couple months ago and recently started having problems where the attendance tab would only load some of the time and eventually stopped working altogether so we couldn't add punch times or edit them either. I called customer support today and immediately got connected with Alex. He was very patient and knowledgeable and walked me through step by step to disconnect and reconnect the device. It ended up being that there were extra spaces between first and last names of employees and it was causing the errors. It's working normally now, huge relief!
