Bought renewed item for half price and returned immediately. Water tank leaked profusely. The other tank to collect used pods was broken off at bottom out of plain view. No manual provided. Clearly there are issues with the provider of these renewed products as I saw another review recently complaining of similar problems.

Seller's description: "Condition: New - Product is tested and certified to work and look like new, includes all accessories, a 90-day warranty, and has passed our rigorous 20-point inspection." This is a verbatim quote.See the pictures. You can't miss this stuff. There are no plastic pieces in the box so you can't blame shipping. There's nothing about this product that is "new." Amazon pitched this on the website as "helping by recycling" and "avoiding waste." What crap. The machine IS UNUSABLE out of the box. Bought as a birthday present, which clearly bombed. The scratches are annoying, but not a surprise.Don't know how this missed on the 20 point inspection, but clearly they need a few more tests. Or, the inspectors actually need to do their job.
