This works great for my Rep Arcadia. There are tons of options as far as hook placement is concerned and the carabners are decent quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

While the attachment is made of thick, heavy gauge steel, you'd need a high lat tower to get a good stretch at the top. I bought it for my home gym, and I had to switch the provided carabiners with smaller quick links to shorten the distance that the connectors drape from the attachment. I still don't get the desired stretch at the top of the lat pulldown movement, but it is better than it would have been with the default carabiners. (I'm sure there are other creative solutions.) All in all, for the price point, this is a pretty good product.

Great bar to allow multi grip in different widths. Attached easily to cable machine. It is made of solid steel and seems like it will last a long time.

The Wantiekid Multi-Grip LAT Pull Down Bar is a solid addition to any home gym setup. The black powder coat finish feels durable, and the 360° rotating stainless steel adapter ensures smooth movement during workouts. The multiple grip options make it versatile for targeting different muscle groups, especially with neutral and wide grips. It fits well with most cable machines and pulley systems without any issues. I use mine on my Bells of Steel stack-loaded tower for connecting the two pulleys on a single pull or attaching steel pulleys to the end of the bar with carabiners and affixing it to the top of the upright. Then connect the dual pulleys on the assembly to the bar/pulleys to expand the wingspan to a solid 4 feet. Couldn't ask for more! One thing to note, though, is that the bar might feel a bit heavy for beginners or those new to gym equipment. Overall, it’s a well-built piece that delivers on functionality and durability.Highly recommended and can't beat this price when compared to name brands!

Perfect for seated low rows on my Inspire FT1. I got the larger 38 inch version. Both of my weight stacks move at the same time and there’s no off balance issues unless you have bad form. Great quality and Highly recommend.

We use this with our cable machine in the studio. I like that I can use the handles we already have and change up the grips. It beats having to constantly change the grips. You do need to already own handles though. It feels well constructed and has a nice finish on it. It is a great handle to help you minimize the mount of extra attachments you have laying around.

Bent with 160lbs on lat pull down. Don't buy.

this feels like premium metal and is coated very well. the design is simple- 32 holes on the top and bottom to attach d handles to. for what it is advertised as- it’s exactly that.it does not include the d handles but it includes 3 carabiners and 2 swivel attachments but i’m confused because the swivel attachment are shown on the listing to directly attach to the holes and they can’t. this is why i’m giving 4 stars but everything else is great.the biggest downside is that because the carabiners are large and well built but because they’re long, once you add the swivels and clip on your d handles with more carabiners you need a pretty tall lat pull down to get a full stretch.but it feels fantastic once it’s set up to be able to dial in exactly the right width for your own frame.
