5 Reasons Why Choose Shabebe Rock glue for landscaping, Gravel glue, mulch glue with sprayer, mulch glue for landscaping

Mulch glue, mulch anchor five commonly asked questions with simple explanations:

  • 1. White/blue residue after drying?

Applying thick layers of rubber mulch glue at once can result in improper curing, causing opacity and white/blue residue. It's better to apply several thin coats instead.

  • 2. Poor adhesion of mulch glue max?

To get a strong adhesion of gravel glue, apply 2 to 3 coats of mulch, and let the first coat dry for 24 hours or until it's completely dry before adding the second coat.

  • 3. Unable to spray of this rock glue for landscaping? Doesn't work in sprayer?

If you encounter low sprayer pressure or thickening of the adhesive over time, in which case you can dilute it with 20 to 50 percent water. (Note: Clean the mulch glue sprayer right after using it to prevent glue from hardening and causing blockages.)

  • 4. Drying and curing problems of this mulch glue for rocks?

To avoid drying and curing issues, make sure the base material is dry, free from moisture, sediment, and dust. Also, aim to work on your project when the temperature is above 68°F, humidity is below 70%, and there's sunny weather expected for the next three days to ensure complete curing.

  • 5. How to mix this landscape rock glue/ rubber mulch glue?

When using it (rock glue, mulch anchor, pea gravel glue, rubber mulch glue, mulch glue for rocks) on areas where kids and pets often play, like sidewalks, it's a good idea to mix the glue and cover evenly before starting the construction. Spraying can result in the base layer not being properly covered with glue or uneven coverage.

  • This rock glue works as an adhesive to bond mulch together to form a strong surface. This will help prevent kids from tracking the mulch away from where it belongs, pets from digging in mulch, and wind and rain from blowing mulch in unwanted areas.

  • It would depend on your usage. A good application, on to a free draining stable base would be expected to last 24 months. We would recommend to top up annually.

  • Yes, This landscape rock glue is non-toxic, and completely safe for kids and pets. We do recommend keeping kids and pets away from the treated area for 24-48 hours until the product has dried completely.

  • Do not apply Mulch glue when there is a chance of rain within 24-48 hours. If the rain compromised the product, we recommend reapplying the product when rain is not predicted in for three days.

  • We would recommend between 4mm and 10mm diameter for the best bond. But you can use stones up to 15mm and still achieve good

results. Even larger stones can be bonded if clean and angular.

If you have gravel or mulch in your landscaping, you know what a pain it can be maintaining it. Both materials shift unintentionally and I hate having to add more each year. So I added this glue this year and it works for both! It goes on evenly and is easy to apply. I would get it again.

I use these glue to glue a bunch of pebbles together. They come out white and dries rubbery. Looks like they will hold up fine. They are pretty liquid before drying, so it can flow between the grooves. I would move it around a little to make sure that all the pebbles are covered. The glue is not too aggressive, so you won't be able to use them like crazy glue, but they are just enough keeping rocks together and should hold up well in the rain too. It comes in a small container that can be pored. The container is not too big but you still get a lot more glue than other types of glue.

This mulch glue is okay, but not as good as other products available.

This glue was easy to mix up in my sprayer and when dispensing it out of the sprayer nozzle it came out in an evenly dispersed spray evenly coating my mulch. Make sure when you are done spraying you clean the handle/nozzle out otherwise it might glue shut rendering it useless unless you take it apart and unclog it.... The glue took a little bit to dry but now seems to be holding the mulch together as if it was one piece. You can still pull it apart if needed but if you were to use a leaf blower on it, it stays in place and intact.

I bought this mulch glue to keep my garden intact with both kids and a dog running around—and it works! It’s held the mulch in place really well, even after a few rainy days and lots of little feet (and paws) trampling through.I used a garden sprayer I already had in the garage, and that made application super easy. You definitely need a sprayer—there’s really no other way to apply it evenly. If you’re looking for a way to keep your mulch looking neat and staying put, this stuff does the job!
