This gel mouse pad and wrist rest pad set is one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. I have always had trouble with wrist pain when I do a lot of typing. When I was working, I got in the habit of using a wrist rest and it was helpful in managing carpal tunnel flare ups. After I retired, I gave the wrist rest away because I didn’t do much typing. Now I find that I am typing more and more again, and the wrist and forearm pain has flared up again. I was happy to find this wonderful set that included both the keyboard wrist rest and a gel wrist rest/mouse pad combo. The wrist rests provide cushioning as well as ergonomic positioning to help alleviate carpal tunnel and joint pain in my forearms, hands and wrists. Additionally, the gel pads are very cooling and are almost as effective as ice packs on my wrists. I should try putting them in the refrigerator between uses for extra cooling. These gel pads are really thick, firm yet a little squishy so they conform to the shape needed for my wrists. I like that they are crystal clear so they are hardly noticeable. The undersides of both are a firmer silicone material that is just grippy enough to keep them firmly in place wherever you put them. The keyboard wrist rest is long enough to fit the entire length of my laptop so I am supported wherever my hands are on the keyboard. The mouse pad is a curved shape that is a generous 8” x 7” so I have plenty of room to use the mouse. It also has a very smooth laminated covering on the mouse area so it just glides across it. Both pieces are heavy so they stay in place nicely. I am so happy with this set.

Yellow summer vibes. Love it. The wrist area feels amazing comfort on my wrist. gel is soft and not too squishy. It's beautifully designed. The smoothest surface I've ever seen on a mousepad. Highly recommend. : ). Stays in place. Size is just right for my desk area. The quality is excellent, just as pictured online. Thank you for a wonderful item. Buy it : ) you won't be disappointed.

These wrist pads are seriously comfortable. It’s so nice having something soft to rest your wrists on while typing or using the mouse. Honestly, these are the most comfortable pads I’ve ever used. They’re filled with a gel-like material that gives just the right amount of support.The mouse pad is the perfect size and works great with my setup. I also love that they’re black, so they match my desk and computer really well. My only small complaint is the look—they aren’t the most stylish. But that’s a minor thing and definitely not a dealbreaker.One nice bonus is that they stay cool, especially since my computer is set up in the basement. That cool surface actually feels really good when the weather warms up. Just a heads-up, if you have an ultra-long keyboard, the wrist pad might not cover the full length. I have a smaller keyboard and the pad fits perfectly.If I could give these four and a half stars, I would. These things have spoiled me. I don’t think I could ever go back to using a keyboard and mouse without some kind of wrist support.

I ordered this mouse pad as a replacement for my Kensington Duo Gel mouse pad, which had developed a leak in one of it's gel wrist pads. I actually really like that mouse pad (I've purchased 2 of them in the past decade). This pad has a very similar wrist pad design, just narrower. I thought that might be a problem, but its not.COMFORT - WRIST SUPPORT:I actually prefer the gel wrist pad on this mouse pad. Despite being narrower, I find it to be just a bit less "squishy", and slightly more comfortable for me. I also found that I prefer the smaller wrist pad, as I'm less likely to fidget around trying to find the "best spot" on the gel pads. There is still enough lateral space to alter my wrist placement as needed.FUNCTIONALITY:The pad itself is a curved-circular design (the Kensington is square), which I also thought might be a problem. Its not. The maximum width of this pad is actually slightly wider than the Kensington, and that width is centered in the area where my mouse sits on the pad while in use. So this shape works better for me. My mouse (Logitech MX Master 3S) works perfectly on this pad.QUALITY:Overall, this mouse pad is every bit as good as the Kensington's that I've used since 2016.COLOR:This pad is available in black, blue, red, yellow, and white. I received a blue pad. As I tend to be somewhat conservative with my color choices (especially with work related computer/electronic equipment), I'd likely choose a black pad next time. Red would be an exciting choice... and the yellow pad looks wild to me! White seems like a choice one might make to fit their personal design statement, and not a color I would use on an everyday basis. But color is subjective, and its always good to have options. Pick the one that works for you!I'm on my computer 8 hours a day for work. I'm very happy with this mouse pad. It does exactly what I need it to do. I recommend it without hesitation.
