I bought the lubricant to see if it could help free up my Singer sewing machine draws and pine bedroom cupboard drawers. The difference is amazing. The bedroom cupboards were just sticky and free glide like they’re on bearings now.The Singer drawers used to ‘jam’ and I worried I was going to pull the nob off. Not now! They needed more rubbing than the pine drawers but run smoothly now.I’ll definitely but this product again

This Miss Abby's draw lubricant is easy to use and works well. Once applied it helps stiff wooden draws glide easily whilst protecting the wood from wear and tear. The lubricant lasts well on the draws and a little goes a long way making it good value too.

I ordered this little tub of 'drawer lubricant" from the Amazon brand Miss Abi's. I am not quite sure how it works, but it does work, as my grans old mid century teak sidebaord can prove it. I almost got right of it because I was tired of battling every time I opened the drawer. Then I ordered this and gave it a go at the last moment - and it appears to have made a significant differece. I won't say the issue is gone - I think there is more to the issue than just lubrication - but it has certainly helped, with the motion of pullion out ( and more frustratingly, pushing back it) now much less jarring. I guess it just coats the wood making it smoother. The tub is only 80g, which isn't a lot, but I only used it on two drawers, and sparingly at that. However it wouldn't last terribly wrong if you did full chests of drawers.Having said that, a price of £9.99 for bringing a vintage dresser back into service feels like good value for sure. SO happy I gave it a go. Four stars.
