This mini egg pan does precisely what it is supposed to. It's cast iron, has a good heft to it (for a pan this size; it's not heavy in any way, but it isn't going to be ultra-light like an aluminum one), and the wood handle ensures I don't burn myself while handling it.Now, if you aren't accustomed to cast iron, please note that it will rust if not treated properly. I performed a round of stovetop seasoning on my induction stove, dried it, and then evaporated any residual water on the stove afterwards. Finally, a little oil applied on all metal surfaces protects against rust from accidental splashes or humidity. Don't soak it overnight or put it in the dishwasher and it will last you a long time.Five stars

I've been looking for this portable and durable mini cast iron skillet, this skillet, not only can be used on the stove at home, but also can be taken to the camping, put on the grill to heat up, and even smoke the food are not a problem. 11cm omelette is just right, 13cm cook a small portion of pasta or heat a sauce is also very convenient!

This mini cast iron skillet is so perfect for single serving meals! There are two sizes to choose from, 11cm and 13cm, this size is just right, it's easy to fry eggs, heat oil and cook noodles, and it can go directly on the grill or stovetop, even the smoker can be used, cast iron material heats up evenly, and also retains the food flavor, it feels like it's more fun to cook than a non-stick skillet. Compact size doesn't take up much space and is easy to clean
