I replaced my corded winch controller with the switch. With the corded switch I spent more time trying to find it than actually clearing the snow. Really easy hookup and perfect fit in my dash.

Like most people, the winch is used once in a while. So far it's working fine and I don't see how I can mess it up. Washed the dash a few time where water has hit it and it still works. So far no complaints.
Awesome product

Installed on a RZR turbo S with the pro 4500 HD winch. That winch only comes with a wireless remote but what happens when the battery dies or remote gets lost??I spliced into the green and black wires from the remote receiver unit. Black wire is “in” and green wire is “Out”. Hope this helps cause I had to do a lot of research to figure it out but works perfect now and the remote also still works.

Momentary rocker switch for winch install. I installed a winch on my rzr and used this to put the switch in the cab and keep the factory look. You can wire this diffenent ways. The directions included have the switch LEDs off, unless the switch is operated. I wanted the blue LED constantly lit so I wired it differently. I attached pix of two different ways for each option. To get the blue LED constantly on, get your keyed 12 volts to posts 1,2,3&5. The small leads from the solinoid go to 4 and 6 and ground terminal 7. This will keep the switch illuminated anytime the key is powered on.If you only want the switch illuminated when pressed, I included a pic of that wiring as well.Overall, works well and gave me the look I wanted.

Nice rocker switch that lights blue when switch is on. I used this to replace the handle bar switch that came with my winch kit. I wired it to a superwinch on a Polaris Ranger 570. The included instructions were not much help. My instructions were for wiring multiple sets of lights. Some reviewers say that this is not a momentary switch. The switch I got was. It only operates when you are pressing the button which is what you want on a winch. Some also said teh light do not work. If wired properly the lights on the switch will work.Below are the steps I did to get the switch to operate and light up.The pens/blades on the back of the switch are numbered 1 thru 7.* 1 & 3 should be wired to the ignition/acessary. There is an easily accessible wiring block under the hood of my ranger that is hot when the key is on. I used that. This allows the winch to operate when the Polaris key switch is on. Rocker switch lights also come on when the ignition is turned on. I used the pigtail included with the rocker switch so you only have to run one wire to the ignition/acc.* 2 & 5 can be wired directly to the battery if you want the winch to operate when the switch is off, I used the pigtail here too.* 4 and 6 should be wired to the winch solenoid. One of the blades is for winch in and the other for winch out. I did NOT use the pigtail here because each blade needs to wired to the solenoid separately.* 7 is the for ground. I grounded to the vehicle frame.Using this wiring the winch operates properly in and out, The blue lights come on when the key is on.Here is go
