To be fair, where I put it in use was a nightmare situation. A golf course where no exaggeration, I had at least 20 mosquitos floating around me looking for a place to land and bite, pretty much constantly.The clothes by itself certainly did not deter them one bit. When I sprayed the clothes up and down with a bug spray in a can that worked very well. But that's not how they advertise the product.With all of that said, they were very comfy and light. I will certainly be using them in the future but they're gonna get soaked in bug spray before my round starts.

I run warm and find mist sweatpants too warm. These are thin but ward off evening breezes and bugs and are a little more fitted than most baggy sweatpants. Great for around the house, camping, even as pajama bottoms on cold evenings.

Material is a thick mesh weave, and I was worried bugs would have little problem getting through. But no problem in reality. They are a loose fit, quite adjustable, and NO bug bites while wearing them.

I'm a 34 to 36 waist and 34 to 36 inseam so I guess I'm out of luck. I love the Insect Shield socks though. The spray-on permethrin lasts for only 6 washings and is hazardous to apply due to its toxicity.

Do not buy these pants. I have worn them several times, and each time, I have gotten multiple mosquito bites.
