安価ですが日本のブランド品ということで、安定した品質で良いと思います。レンズに引っ掛かりがなくねじ込めますし、フィルターもスルリと回ってしっかりとまります。ほかにもマルミのステップアップリング類は多用していますが、どれも問題がなくて良いです。

最近では樹脂製のものも増えていますが、この製品はアルミ製です。ケラレなどレンズとの距離が問題になるケースにおいても、アダプタによって増える厚みは3.7mm程度と薄型フィルタ並みですので、まず問題は出ないと思います。ちなみに本来の用途ではなく望遠鏡用アダプタの素材としての購入です。3箇所穴を開けてタップを切り、アイピース等を挟みこむネジを取り付けて使っています。43mm側ネジの長さが3.20mm程度なので、ぎりぎりでM3のタップが切れるか切れないかといったところです。

I chose this product over cheaper made plastic, for its durability. It is a precision machined aluminum conversion ring , and yet priced similarly to lesser quality plastic adapter rings.Unfortunately, it did not fit my Canon PowerShot 50SX HD, which is neither the product's fault, not the seller's, so I had to return it. Seller return was easy, cooperative, and in the spirit of wanting to get the right product to you you for your camera. There are a lot of repeat buyers, as you will realize, should you begin to read all of the seller's reviews. This is something to consider when buying any product for any kind of use: problems can happen, and if you have a problem, the product becomes only as good as the seller that stands behind it. For communication, concern, and wanting to make things right, with 5 stars being the best of ratings, I'd like to give this seller 10 stars.

This product does everything as described holding a 77mm filter on a 67mm sized lens. The filter is held very tight and secure.

Metal step up ring as described. Easy to thread onto the lens; filters were easy to thread on and off of the step up part. So far I've only used it casually, but I'm happy with the price and quality. Glad to be able to buy one set of filters (77mm) and use them on several differently sized lenses.

All metal, and lightweight. Does feel a little cheap, and I honestly don't see that big of a difference between the significantly cheaper options on amazon [which I own].When you're attaching 100$+ filters, you want to feel like their securely attached you to your lens; so i dropped a few extra dollars for the "feeling of quality"
