I do not own this set, I just wanted to speak on behalf of Mapex and slightly amazon. Drum kits ALWAYS depict extra hardware when shopping via online pictures, an experienced drummer/ shopper knows that the hardware for the rack toms is not included. Use this as a lesson hannah and don't bad mouth Mapex for it. Also, most online sellers will leave a description of what hardware IS/ISN'T included and amazon has not done so here.

Best kit I’ve bought yet! They were delivered in 3 boxes with everything I needed to put it together. They tuned up easily and sound amazing! The bad review that said Mapex doesn’t send what the picture depicts, you’re buying a shell pack, you have to buy your own cymbal stands and drum throne.

I wanted to give my son a special high school graduation present. We ordered what I "THOUGHT" was depicted in the product description but it was nothing like what was expected. I received the 6 drums bodies but not even enough hardware to mount the drum heads or the stands anything like what is pictured. In addition there are NO CYMBOLS OR CYMBOL STANDS sent, UNLIKE WHAT WAS PICTURED. There was also no throne.I am not a drummer or understand how to but drums and MAPEX clearly miss represented the product and took advantage my lack of knowledge in the process. This is what an evil profit driven company does. Thank you Amazon doe promoting this process.I'll add that if your buy the drum set and realize it was not as advertised, you WILL PAY TO SEND IT BACK IN FULL. Good luck with justifying 3 large boxes with any shipping service will not be a huge cost. Buyer be ware.

My first Mapex set. Didn't know what to expect. To Say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Very easy to tune in boy! they sound sweet when you tune them. the included snare drum, the tomahawk ,is the best ive ever played. Like a cannon firing! Love love love my Mapex Armory set. Don't hesitate to purchase!
