The E-15372 is ideally shaped to not slip off the shoulders; elastic loops immobilise the straps, avoiding slipping off the shoulders. The E-15372 is equipped with 25mm quick release buckle on the chest strap, handy pull straps for quick and easy size adjustments, 3D mesh on the underside to maintain air flow and metal carabiners for connecting to a belt. For starters, the tape measure strap and phone pouch on the shoulder harness are useless. They are positioned too high, placing them at the wearer’s jawline. You’ll hit your chin on a tape measure if you turn your head!Secondly, the straps are much too long. The Japanese must think that American carpenters are 8 feet tall. The excess strapping creates a cluttered look.

have had these straps for about a year now and already coming apart at the Y. might be due to the way i will sling both straps over one shoulder like a mail bag when I'm carrying it between my car and work van, still seems like a pretty short life span for the damn thing. these were replacements for the original straps which i ordered with the heavyweight belt and those held up for about 3 years before they started coming apart, but were ordered through an overseas vendor as it had the red and gold lettering instead of the standard makita green so who knows maybe they were manufactured better than these ones
