Crockpot was well packaged and included a helpful book. Used it for the first time to cook a pot roast. The rectangle shape is perfect for the roast with lots of veggies. I set the digital timer and left for the day. When I returned it had automatically went to warm. The pot roast and veggies were perfect. It cleaned up super easy. We bought this shape for easier storage in our RV. It will get a lot of use during our travels.

I like this new addition to our kitchen but wish it came with a recipe book. Size is great, easy to clean, and I've enjoyed what I have tried in it.

I purchased this after seeing my boss using a similar product, but her was several years old and no longer available. I was so excited to receive this just in time to use it for Christmas with guest arriving for entertainment. After the first time using it cracked! Now I feel uncomfortable to use it again and I cannot find a replacement liner. Totally disappointed in this product!

I love that this is a rectangle and that you can take out the dish, put it in the oven to cook, then take it where you are going in the base. Love, love, love this!!

This is great for 2 people no leftovers on crock pot meals. Also perfect size for blade cut chuck roast.

Love the size of it. I use the warm setting for everything at 6/8 hours. Done. Cleanup is fantastic. I ordered a silicone mat to put it on.

I absolutely love this cooker! I slow cook with it for five days out of the week. It does great at keeping food warm during dinner parties. I also used the white ceramic insert to bake banana bread, works just as well as a traditional oven bakeware! I'm buying the red one for my daughter to use at college.
