The old pump pulley bearing was destroyed and tore up the belt. This was an exact fit . The hardest part was installing the back 2 screws that hold the pump in because you can’t see them. New belt and pump and a very quiet washer. Happy wife.

This new drain pump looked exactly like the original 30+ years old pump. It fit perfectly and took me about 2 minutes to install( once I took off the back cover, hoses, tipped the washer up and removed the belt- that took me about 15 minutes) My 37 year old Maytag is up and running great again.

I bought this pump as an economical replacement for the expensive factory pump that failed after 20 years. This pump was junk out of the box. The bearing was extremely stiff and it was hard to rotate. Waste of money.

What a savings! Saved $50 from buying Maytags drain pump. Flipped over washer, took off the belt, unscrewed the bolts, took off old pump, installed new pump, put belt back on and turned washer right up. took about 20 minutes...

Perfect fit, part works great! So glad 8 found this replacement. About 30 minutes to install. It's September 28th right now, after a few months of use I'll make an update if necessary.So far so good and can't beat the price!
