My grandkids and I love decorating at Christmas time and we needed an additional piece for our Christmas village. This piece fut perfectly in our little village and we couldn't be happier!

I couldn’t recommend this Christmas village piece enough to be completely honest. It arrived fairly quickly and it is surprisingly painted well for the price. I didn’t necessarily NEED to go in and touch up or make adjustments to anything, what I did fix up was simply the front wreaths (which were speckled with brown paint from the building’s paint job) and I completely removed the silly sticker on the sign in the front of the shop then painted my own little design instead. I will warn against handling the lights above the shop considering one of them popped off upon arrival even with the blob of hot glue they used to secure them. They do pop back on pretty easily but they are definitely very thin plastic which could easily crack or become damaged if not handled or packed up correctly. With all that in mind I still highly recommend this piece to anyone who’s considering buying it. It’s the most complimented piece in my village amongst some that cost me upwards of $150, it’s the one piece I always catch myself looking at, it really pulls my whole set together even amongst antique pieces from my grandma, and it’s at an amazing and justifiable price. Just buy it already. Really!

This was an inexpensive find. The product detail needed a bit of love, and the tree is a strange green. I was able to touch up, and turn into something more appealing. Replaced the battery system was a 4.5 v external solution. It’s a touch on the smaller side.

This is cute addition to my village, so I’ll keep it, but I would not have ordered it if I had realized it is all light weight plastic, not ceramic. Fine at a distance but cheap feeling/looking up close. Just a heads-up if you are looking for the usual ceramic village pieces.

This is so cute to add to my village. I like that it is battery operated. I had to buy a set of screwdrivers for electronics. Really not a problem because they will have uses for us.

Came looking pre opened. I love it but I had to fix alot including re paint glue people back into place. We like it alot though and it works the way it's supposed to.

The base which holds the battery pack keeps falling out. The tiny screw is missing. I put some tape to hold it up. Very nice otherwise.

It's a nice addition to my Christmas village. I just wouldn't order it if you're ordering from Canada as I had problems receiving it due to covid rules and Amazon had to fix it for me.

This simple, small skating pond is beautifully designed. The lights are bright; especially the gold overhead light, which is ingenious. Many other similar miniature skating ponds require additional lighting and this is wonderfully lit. Also, it has a self timer, set for six hours of continual use. Ours turns on at 4 and turns off at 10. I put in two lithium A batteries and they have lasted the entire season. This was a perfect addition to our winter village.
