The hub works but the lighting port that's used for charging is not made to spec. It's not deep enough to take a standard lighting connector so the result is a loose connection that often just stops charging.

Replacing my old ethernet adapter hub for my new laptop with this one. My older hub had a USB-A plug-in while this one has a USB-C one also. This one seems bit more responsive than my old one. But it could be also be due to my speedier laptop and possibly using the USB-C.Recommended.

Neither the charging port nor the ethernet work at all. When I first got it it worked for about 2 minutes then never worked again. Got a replacement and it doesn't work either. Just pay a bit more for a more legit one

In many offices I work in, the minimum ethernet speed is 1GB and goes up to 20GB, so it's always a strange experience to encounter older 10/100 devices in the wild. Young people are always shocked that the older stuff can slow them down, yes, we once lived in a world where data moved a lot slower. In the plus side, you can connect an iPhone, iPad or Android device to this and a camera or flash drive while also injecting power or via the USB A port.It works as advertised, a slow ethernet port makes no sense, but you also don't really need it for many uses, so the adapter is useful, just not perfect.

I use this twice a week to get better wifi as I go live on TikTok. This works really well! It has greatly improved my wifi on my iphone. I love that it has an option to plug a lightning cable in it. I use that to either charge my phone, or to connect mics to it using an adapter. I wish it had a type c input so I can plug mics to it directly. Or an audio input to connect headphones.

After a data breach that happened through my wifi two years ago, I prefer to use a cable connection. A cable connection is also more stable and in many cases faster than regular Wi-Fi. It is especially important that, unlike other adapters, this one has a port to power your laptop. The maximum power of the port is 60w, but it powers my Lenovo 16" through a 100w adapter without any problems. The speed also corresponds to the speed of the Internet provider.
