Nice and sophisticated. I like how it fold and imitate a tablet. Great quality, speed is awesome and the performance 👏 I could never complain. Let me add that this is a touchscreen device and the size of it is manageable. Total value for your money.

The laptop was not wiped! Turned it on and couldn't get past a third party login screen. I wonder if Fidelity Technology Group, LLC cares that Amazon is reselling returned computers, ostensibly with very personal data still on the computer.What was wrong with the laptop? we don't know, because a real refurb team would bring a laptop back to factory settings.

Me llegó de estética muy buena pero el sistema tenía virus tuve que actualizarla e instalarle drivers !!quedó muy bien y es muy rápida!! Pero tienen que ponerle cuidado en entregar las cosas en bien estado

Excelente equipo, me atreví a comprarlo y la verdad no me arrepiento, viene tal cual dice la descripción, el equipo en general funciona muy bien, solo muy pequeños detalles casi imperceptibles en la parte externa del mismo.
