Bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it. It's beautiful when the moon and lamp post is lit. Lemax pieces are beautiful. The quality is great and gives great ambiance at night.

This would be a beautiful addition to the village, but the tree and park bench were not glued to the base, all animals were broken off & tumbling around the box, and the man's legs were amputated.

I bought this as a smaller matching piece for my Christmas village (still waiting for the larger Caddington Village pieces). This one has a lot of details--even facial expressions of the couple on the bench is quite vivid. Good color match and good proportion. Very cute. The moon and post lamp light up, using 3 AA batteries. There is a plug-in point, which I guess can be connected to wall sockets, but I don't have the proper wire so haven't tried that. The moon is a 2D color-glass instead of a globe like I originally imagined, but it looks beautiful all the same. Lemax collection seems to be less expensive than similar products although I have hoped them to be cheaper.This comes in a small card board box with another foam box inside. You definitely want to keep the box so as to properly store it away after the Christmas season.
