Installed in December, now April and still working perfectly!! Good product for the price. Installation though… was like having a coach ticket to hell sitting between two crying babies with 7 layovers… I had both sliding doors to do, did not complete both in same day.. took 3.. needed a mental health day in between 🤣 Good luck!!!

I’m 75 years old, it took me between 3-4 hours to take the panel off, wire it up and reinstall the door panel. I took my time and followed the instructions. What the dealership was asking to fix it was insane. A great result. Happy, happy, happy! Steve

Worked great and much cheaper than an OEM part. Just a forewarning, this piece and extreme pain to replace and will take you 2 1/2 - 4 hours depending on how well you can follow directions and work with cars.Update: so I replaced my passenger side actuator and then shortly after the drivers side actuator gave out; so I ordered another one as the original one I bought worked flawlessly. About 6-8 weeks after I replaced the drivers side it gave out so I have to replace it again. I think it’s just hit or miss if you get a product that works, unless I received a one off faulty product. However, given the price of these versus an OEM product (they’re about $180), I’ll replace it again using this one. Overall still saving money. Just be forewarned you may have to replace it again which is a pain, though it goes a bit quicker once you figure it out.

So nice 2 not freak out anyone around theSliding doors Buzzzzzz, when unlocked.No way a reflection on product but engineered nonsensical build by Chrystrler/Dodge... Absolutely 💯 pain in the patooty! The bar that comes off inside door for "non existent glass movement in our application" "can be deleted on my application.Saved alot of time. 3 screws more than sufficient to hold actual locking pin. **Not this part**Also take careful attention to ensure cog is aligned with arrows on part. So unlock door and lock door with product installed to make sense of it. You got this 👍This will show the cycle movement. Obviously your door will be unlocked when installing right? So ensure it coincides with alignment. I also found taping (electrical tape) metal actuator arm to this actuator hole on new part, ensured it didn't disconnect when I reassembled it. Once bitten...yes I had 2 do twice after reassembling.Good luckOops almost forgot this one works for both doors with a single screw to swap. Easy peezy

The part is perfect. The engineers that designed getting to the part and reversing the process should have to complete the repair. They would definitely build the door differently with better access. The part replacement is easy, 1 screw and replace the part. The downside is getting to the part and getting the panel reinstalled is a test of fortitude and determination. Good luck to all. In the long run, it is quite the savings but I understand why auto repair places charge so much for the repair.

Me gusto que la pieza fuera la original con el codigo que indica Mopar, y que el producto llego tal y como se mostraba en el catalogo, y lo mas importante es que funciono correctamente.No me gustó que no trae ningun tipo de insttructivo o al menos descripción de las piezas y no me gustó que tardo mas de 4 dias en llegar.
