Good sized sling bag that has a big main buckle. Good amount of compartments. All around stitching is good and no stragglers.

The bag really does have a great feel to it and the pouches are just about perfect for my needs but has this bad for a single week and the stitching on the water bottle pouch on the side and and and the stitching on the MAIN STRAP THAT HOLDS IT TO THE SHOULDER is already coming apart. It looked great and I like the bag quite a bit but that doesn’t stop it from being trash and a giant waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG if you’re putting anything more than like a sandwich an orange and a juice box in it. Ridiculous cause it really had soooo much potential. Kinda heart broken over here

Yes, I knew this was a tactical style sling. But, it feels as though the creators wanted to put every single tactical style feature a typical 30L or 40L tactical backpack into this sling. First off, I do not feel that this is a 30L bag. I realize there are no standards when it comes to measuring the volume of a sling or backpack. I also know that features other than pockets and compartments are counted in the capacity by some creators. This is misleading. I have packs that are 30L with and without external pockets. You feel the capacity and can pack it out as such. I tried to pack this bag with the same contents that I filled 3 of my other 30L packs (two backpacks, one sling). I couldn't get the physical capacity with this bag that I wanted in an EDC. Capacity is personal. We all carry differently and advertising this as a 30L sling does help people equate it to other slings or backpacks they have.On to the pack... There are MOLLE loops everywhere, even places where you can't clip, snap, or hang by a rope from. This adds bulk and weight. Yes, it is a strip of webbing, but each strip and stitching adds up to extra weight. It also looks cluttered and bulky. There are lots of pockets with interior organization. All pockets apart from the bottle holder are zip pockets for security. While the zippers are reverse coil, the are not waterproof and mildly water-resistant. Making these zippers water-resistant would really make this bag outdoor ready. There are several strips of Velcro fuzz for sticking badges and other Velcro accessories. There is a small bungee cord that is helpful for gloves. The main compartment does have a laptop sleeve, but I would not put a naked laptop in it. You need the extra protection of a laptop sleeve to prevent damage. The compartment opens 180 degrees for access from any side. The sling is a fixed sling, so those who carry on the opposite side can't. The design of the is meant for the pack itself to sit centered and not tilted like many slings. It does have a support strap for stability, but the main strap is too wide. A 30L pack may be too big for a sling setup. They did add a wide, padded fabric strap that becomes the strap. It is meant to act like a hip strap, which makes the bag sit vertical on the back rather than crossways like most slings with the strap connected to the parallel ends of the bag. The width is to support the bag. To wear this bag, you need very wide shoulders so that the bag doesn't ride up onto your neck. The ideas are all here, but they need some restraint on how many "features" a tactical style sling should have and some polishing on the fit.

I'm a petite female and was looking for a 30 - 40 L capacity bag for camping/hiking. It's a little too fussy for me, too many compartments for my personal preference, and I don't love the weight distribution. I think a pack would regular shoulder straps and a belt to distribute weight would be more suitable. My husband has a Durston pack for camping and hiking, but I gave this to him and I'm certain he'll get use out of it, maybe as an everyday pack. It's good quality, the zippers are smooth, and it's a good value.

Pros:- The bag is 30L in size. It can hold about one day worth of supplies.- There is a bottle holder on one side. There is a cord to tighten the holder so your bottle won’t fall. I like to use a carabiner to hook my bottle onto a molle loop.- There are plenty of molle to attach additional gear.- There are hook and loops. Two are long to put name plates. One rectangle to put a flag.- The sling is wide and comfortable. I like the belt loop that hugs your waist.- There is plenty of padding in the sling and the back of the bag.- There are three small external pockets. There is one large main compartment. Inside the main compartment is a big mesh bag to store more items.- There is a sleeve to hold a 15 inch laptop.- The bag is made of 900D polyester, which is durable.- The front of the bag has adjustable straps to hold additional items like a knife.- The shoulder strap has three D-rings to attach more items.Cons:- None so far.

Every once in a while, I request a product that is so close to perfect that it pains me to not give it five stars. This sling bag is so close to perfect that it should get 4.5 stars. It's either the largest sling bag I have ever seen, or the smallest, functional backpack. It has a ton of pockets and the outside ones are gusseted just like that should be, the back and shoulder strap have nice, ventilated padding and again, a ton of loops and connecting points. The bag will easily carry a pair of 1.5 liter insulated bottles and has room for a lunch bag.The thing I don't like is that the shoulder strap is fixed to one side and the secondary strap cannot be moved and neither can be set to the opposite side. Is that a big deal, well, only if you carry a rifle, or equipment with the other hand and would prefer the shoulder strap to be on the other side.Another thing that I would have preferred would be that the single carry handle be braided paracord instead of fabric. Again, a minor detail, and just my personal preference. This really is a great bag and if you are looking for a large sling bag, this one deserves your consideration.

This is going to quickly become my go-to pack for all my work related stuff. I will really put this bag through its paces. It holds enough to make it a great day pack and the strap is comfortable enough for extended trail hikes. The materials are surprisingly robust for the money. The heavyweight nylon and the clasps are all made to take a daily beating. There's tons of value you if you know what good packs usually cost. I'd say, grab this one and I really don't think you can go wrong for the money. You could spend more and get less from other manufacturers.
