The filing box is material is great quality, and I love the colors. The wheels make it very easy to place anywhere you want, and they do not get in the way should you need to pick it up and tote it. It is also very easy to put together, however, mine was missing a crucial piece in order for it to function as a filing box (see picture) so I am using it to store throw pillows in my living room and also as an extra side table should the occasion arise that one is needed. I was really hoping to be able to use it as a filing box, so I had to knock of the stars for that reason. Otherwise, it is good looking storage box if nothing else.Rating Method: 1 Star = Terrible. I would NOT consider buying it. 2 Stars = Marginal at best. Item does NOT meet the minimum requirements or quality to be useful. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!3 Stars = Average. Item meets the quality requirements for a product of this type, but it nothing out of the ordinary. If the price is right, I’d probably buy it. 4 Stars = Better than average. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. I would buy it! 5 Stars = Exceptional. Far exceeds the quality of products of this type. Hard to beat the quality and features included. Best value for the money. I would not hesitate to buy this product.

Very easy to put together. I hate putting stuff together but had not trouble with this piece. Very handy. Love that it rolls. Room for a bunch of folders. Organization here I come.
