Bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas. The slide to open it was always difficult to open, an adult had to do it with some force. Now we have to use a flat head screwdriver to force it open.I tried to find a way to contact the seller, no such luck.Otherwise, it would be a very useful and fun thing for her.

This is a well made high quality laptop tray. Ordered for my nephew, he is able to use it for multiple tasks - Doing his homework, reading, resting his iPad on, drawing on the wipe board (comes with pens and magnetic eraser). He can store his drawing things, inside it. The only thing I would say is the page holders could be more sturdy - they seem a little thin whilst everything else is high quality. Good firm cushion base and is also washable - bonus.

My son often enjoys colouring and drawing while watching TV and this Nauttxon kids lap desk has been a great solution for helping him do this more comfortably without feeling so much strain on his neck.This has ended up being even more useful and functional than I was expecting it to be, specifically with the hidden storage area and tablet slot.The storage works perfectly for keeping pencils and crayons, or storing small pieces of a project that he may be working on; suchas a Lego design. This also works great as a storage solution for travelling with stuff to keep him busy and taking the desk with us.The whiteboard top is a great idea, and provide a nice smooth surface for writing and drawing on whether it is on a piece of paper or the desk itself. Any doodles done with the dry erase markers come off perfectly fine. And the tablet slot can really come in handy when doing things like following along step-by-step art/drawing videos.Although the reading stand on the flipside is a good idea, the arms that keep the book open do also make turning the pages a bit frustrating, so how it’s used ends up being limited around here.The surface of the desk is a good size for portability, but it is the worth noting is that because it’s rectangular, it doesn’t properly hold the size of a sheet of paper without needing to slide the paper up as you go.The cushioned bottom is nice and thick, and breathe as well even when he’s had it on his lap for a while. It has a washable cover and good quality memory foam that retains it shape nicely.Overall, it’s a versatile and functional portable lap desk for kids, and I would recommend it.

The magnetic board is great as well as the compartments for storing markers etc. my only complaint is the dry erase board. The markers do not erase completely

It’s a great desk my son loves it.The only thing we don’t like is that the unlock button is very hard to use, my son (8) cannot open it. It’s tough for me to do.

I was looking for a lap desk to sculpt miniature polymer clay things while sitting on the couch. I wanted a smooth surface that would clean easily and storage for my sculpting tools. The dry erase surface is slick and smooth, easy to wipe clean. The cover of the lap pillow is removable to wash. There is more than enough storage space inside for all of my sculpting tools. The lid locks on securely and there’s a handle. I can keep the whole thing behind my end table and have it handy when I want to sculpt. Look outside the intended purpose of an item at the features it actually has. This product is marketed as a child’s activity desk, but it’s just what this middle aged sculptor needed.

This lap desk is great. My two year old spends a lot of time in the car and I wanted to put together a couple of kits to occupy him. I think I will find clicking dry erase pens so there aren't caps and dried out markers all over the van, but the overall design of the box itself is fabulous and very sturdy. The dry erase board is magnetic, so I found some magnetic puzzles for my little guy, plus some suction cup toys. The storage inside is totally usable. Three of his older siblings have asked for their own lap desks filled with art supplies!
