Incredibly difficult to put on my laptop. Too large at the bottom, I'm glad it had 3 protectors because it took me that many attempts to get a passable result. Will he purchasing another protector from a different company.

I used two of these in order to get a good installation on my laptop screen. The initial fail was mainly my fault for not utilizing as much time and patience as I should have, thinking more in terms of installing a cell phone screen protector. It is important to work in an area with as little dust and pet hair as possible and to start with a clean screen.The best way I found to install the protector was to use blue painters tape to create a “hinge” (which also allows you to see and adjust the placement/alignment before actual installation), then slowly peel from one corner while using a squeegee at the same time to eliminate bubbles and air pockets. Even so, you may have small bubbles that will likely go away after 24 hours.Even after a clean install, however, I didn’t care for the overall appearance. One of the beauties of the 9i with a 4K display is the brilliant colors and crisp images, which lost their effect with a matte protector.
