This is a sturdy snap tool with a set of punches to make a hole in fabric or leather, and anvils to set the snaps in place.The tool is a repurposed Vice Grip type plier, very well made with no laxity in the riveting as you might see in a cheap tool, and with a black finish on the tool and comfortable grips.The supplied snaps are an assortment of loose snaps that would be used on garments, and screw-in snaps to attach a tarp or cover to a stationary object such as a wood boat or fence railing. The screw-in components have a Phillips head for placement. Extra snaps are available on Amazon very reasonably.All very nicely packaged in a zipper case. Recommended for anyone who needs to put a snap fastener onto a garment, tarp, or cover.
