JTD Third Generation Remote Controlled Outlet
We are excited to announce our third generation remote controlled plug. It features a remote range of up to 50 meters outdoors and 20 meters indoors, you can conveniently control appliances from almost anywhere at your home. Also, the maximum power allowed is 1200W which means you can attach a higher power appliance.
Learning Function
If you want a replacement part or multiple outlets to work on the same frequency, you now have an easy solution. This feature allows you to program the learning outlets and the remotes with any outlet regardless of the frequency. You can control as many outlets as you choose with the press of a single button. Also with this function, if you no longer want the button to turn on all the outlets, this function can be cancelled and the remote can be reconfigured to work with each outlet individually.

I love these and have bought them on several occasions for the outlets in my house. I put up over 20 Christmas trees throughout my house at Christmas and these are the best things ever for not having to dig under a tree to plug them in. I did move to a new house this past year and when u turn them off/on downstairs, it does turn them on/off on the ones upstairs so that was a bummer but for one level they work awesome. It might have been user error or not getting a different channel or something.

These are excellent and they make your life much easier!!! I have bought 2 sets of these. I have 4 sets of lights plugged into the 1st set of these units. I keep one of these remotes close by me, and one in the drawer close to my front door. I haven't used the 2nd set just yet, but I will eventually!!!These are absolutely wonderful!!! I live in an old house, and these provide me with a place to plug-in extra lights and extension cords where I need them!!! I would use them, even if all of my electricity worked correctly, which it doesn't!!!I don't have a front porch light that I can turn on with a regular switch. An extension cord, attached to one of these units allowed me to put a light on my front porch and turn it on easily, and remotely!!!One of these units, allows me to turn on the light strips in my kitchen and my bathroom hallway before I walk into those areas!!! And another one allows me to turn on the light strip in my laundry area!Even if my kitchen electricity worked fully, these units make lighting up my kitchen easy!!! Before I attached a light strip to one of these units in my kitchen, I had single light in there along with the 2 lights on my ceiling fans. So, there was very little light in there. Now, that area is really lit up and bright!!! And with another unit, so is my laundry area!!!You just can't beat being able to use a remote to turn on your lights, instead of having to walk into a dark room!!! I was using these plugin units and the remotes long before a so-called handy man messed up my electricity!!!In a lot of old houses, you need extra lighting!!! These helped me put lights where there weren't any before!!! And I certainly enjoy being able to use the remote to turn on whatever lights I need quickly and efficiently with a press of the button!!!

These worked great, was able to sit on couch and turn on / off all the indoor Christmas lights from across the house and you don't need line of sight. The only negative is that they do not have the feature to turn all off or on at same time with one button like some others do.

Previous purchased & installed 2 double packages. Some remotes and OFF functionality of the a few outlets started to fail after a good season of use. I saw this single package of 2 remotes and 5 outlets that I thought would function with the previous ones. Nope. I'll add supplemental lamps and keep them. Older lone woman with disabilities and lots of stairs--these are wonderful to use. Hear a noise and turn on anything from the garage to the back 4-season room. Indoor only. I'll use one of the new ones to on/off grow lights for my potted veggies when I forget all the way from 2nd floor bedroom. Even scares pesky raccoons and some 2 footed varmints. Smart buy.

Easy to set up and easy to use! Bought so I could turn Christmas tree and decor Christmas lights all over the house on and off as needed. It made it easy and effortless. Also helped save electricity because when it’s time for the last person awake to turn off all the lights, no one gets lazy and only turns off one or two lights because they don’t want to walk around the house to each individual outlet to unplug. Just push the buttons on one remote and bam! It’s done!

First the Vendor. I ordered these units expecting to receive the 1800 watt units based on the description in the Amazon listing, but what I got were the Gen 3 units which are rated at 1200 watts. Contacted the vendor who replied very quickly and indicated the 1800 watt units are the Gen 2 version, and there was an error in the listing., which they indicated would be corrected (it was.) The vendor also indicated he had a small stock of the Gen 2 units and offered to replace the Gen 3 versions. I declined and decided to keep these. I give the vendor high marks for custom service, they were very helpful and corrected the listing.Now the Remote Controls. The units work very well, easy to install and very simple to use. As the power outlets I need to tap are located behind bookcases, I needed to use plug strips as the controllers are too deep front to back to use behind the bookcases. Here is my only cation with these units, and it's a very minor one. Depending on the orientation of the plugs in your strip, the controller will probably cover at least one or two additional outlets. (See photo.) When used directly on a wall socket (also shown in the photo) the lower outlet can still be used for something with a conventional male plug.
