When looking for a sprocket for a Tw200, this pops up.It does not fit. Not even close.

Add this with a 13T CS and its a totally different bike. This sprockets lasts a lifetime compared to the renthal aluminums sprockets. The install was pretty straight forward and fits perfect. This 45T is perfect for dual sporting and mild enduro though I suggest coing to a 48T if thinking serious enduro stuff.

I installed this on a 2012 KLX250S along with a 108 link (search item# B006O85URA here @ Amazon) chain. With my application this rear sprocket is the same as adding a 13t front sprocket to get that lower gearing which really helps. This rear sprocket requires a 108 link (520) chain whether you use the factory 14t or you put the smaller 13t sprocket on for the days you need even lower gearing. The 45t rear and 108 link chain is the best combo for the KLX if you do a fair amount of off-road because it allows you to easily swap back and forth between the 13t and 14t front sprocket depending on your needs that day. The 14t with this rear is still capable of speeds of 75-85mph which will get the job done if you need to hop on the interstate.This review is specifically for the KLX250S which comes from the factory with 14/42 gearingTo find compatible (KLS250S) front sprockets here on Amazon:search item# B005WJ9G6S for the 13tsearch item# B0031721AG for the 14t (OEM replacement if needed)
