This brush was recommended by my breeder. It is cheap, has lasted well. And does an excellent job on my American Eskimo Dogs.I usually used a smaller head brush, finding it easier to get in the small spaces. However, this one. Perhaps due to the curve?...gets in smaller spaces fine. The larger head makes the job much faster than what I used before.

It does good job but brush part is easy to bend if it catches matted fur. But does what it's meant too

Good, sturdy combs that last longer than any others I've tried, and I've tried a bunch of different brands. Was not impressed with the flimsy envelope they were shipped in, though. I had to straighten some bent teeth due to shipment manhandling. Pet combs this good deserve a box.

This product says "made in west germany" on the back... as in its been sitting in a warehouse for no less than 25 years. It may be made with lead paint or other incredibly unsafe materials that have been since banned. I am appalled that amazon lets this be sold.

I don't write very many reviews, even though I buy a lot on Amazon, but I had to quickly write a review on this brush. It works so well! We have tried several brushes on our adopted goldendoodle whose fur is more like wool than fur when it is longer. Nothing really worked until we bought this. I highly recommend it. Good for every day brushing as well as getting out snarled up dreadlocks. Plus the box it comes in is super old-school looking!

this is a sturdy brush, the handle seems quite strong to me. there are instructions for holding the brush. it covers a large area of a dog, about as much as is reasonable to do at one time and not cause discomfort to your animal. grooms the undercoat. a good purchase for the money.

My standard poodle has a thick and sometimes tangled coat to groom, and this does the job the best of any brushes I've had.Excellent value for money.

This didn't work at all for my boy. And he's VERY hairy being part Shephard and part Pyrenese. Very Frustrating...Indeed.

It is a kinda good brush. You get what you pay for. It looks REALLY cheap plus it feels kinda fragile. It does the job fine but I have only used it twice.

I had one like this a good while back and it finally gave out. This is my dogs favorite brush even tho' she will tolerate others, this style is her best choice. It gets the job done and really helps keep her coat healthy. She is a Lab-Chow mix and has an unbelievably thick coat consisting of 2 types! This brush does the job. Well made and comfortable to hold and work with.
