While this could be used for other things like bags, shampoo, loofas, etc, I think it is best suited for ironing boards and other accessories.This should be installed, if possible, on wooden studs to ensure it can handle the weight without any sagging. Not to fault of the product, but heavier weights when the item is drilled into drywall will cause it to break and fall. We used different wall screws because we had them, but the original ones should work.Best part is the easily adjustable hooks. It should fit most sizes and types of ironing boards and is easy to swap out. As someone who has had their ironing board on the floor for years, this is a significant space saving upgrade. The gap at the front makes it easier for shorter individuals to grab stuff off the shelf. The wood on the inside of the shelf is attached and of decent quality for the price as well.Most of this is made with coated metal, so it should withstand the test of time. Great product that allows you to put your iron, ironing spray, and you ironing board all in one convenient spot!

This ironing board holder has been a great addition to our laundry room. It keeps our ironing board off the floor and neatly stored, which instantly made the space feel more organized. This ironing board holder is sturdy and functional. Once it is securely fastened to a wall, it holds your ironing board, heavy irons, and sprays without issue. It comes with the wall anchors and screws needed to attach it to the wall. It is designed with metal pieces that you insert into the slots on the bottom that allow you to hang ironing boards with either T legs or Y legs. Most ironing board holders are made for one or the other, so this is a nice feature. There are several slots, so you can easily adjust to the size you need for your specific ironing board. My only disappointment is the wood used for the base of the holder. It is unfinished, rough sawn wood with jagged ends and a rough surface. It could benefit from a good sanding and a finish of some kind. The metal part looks nice, but the wood base makes it look very utilitarian instead of something nice to hang on your wall.

Overall this is a good item. I feel like the materials are a little light, especially hardware, but it is adequate for holding an iron and ironing board. I have a straight bar design and it works easily to hold it. I wish they'd put a little foam or rubber on the hooks, but I guess I can find some and do that. But for the cost, it should be included. I think this adds a lot of function and also looks good.

I’m so glad I got this ironing board holder! The T&V shaped design is not only sturdy but also really sleek and modern. It was easy to mount on the wall, and it holds my ironing board securely without taking up floor space. It instantly made my laundry room feel more organized and tidy. I like this ironing organizer. At first glance it may seem "cheap" but how much do you need to hold items in the closet that no one will see but you? My iron fits well on the wooden shelf that comes screwed to the frame. The brackets fit well on the bracket frame with options for holding the ironing board. I now no longer need to have the ironing board resting against the wall in my walk-in closet and the iron no longer taking up room on the shelf where I can put purses.

LOVE THIS! I've been kicking around my ironing board & iron in my closet for years. In just a few mins, this was easily installed & got them off the floor & organized. No more knocking it over. The shelf is awesome & you can store the iron & starch, distilled water & lint brush. Wish I had purchased something like this years ago! Well made & very simple design, yet extremely helpful to organize!

This unit is a black metal and wood shelf, with hooks below which hold an ironing board. The unit hangs using two keyholes, and hangs using two supplied screws and anchors. (There’s actually four screws and anchors supplied). The hooks can be used vertically for T-shaped ironing board legs (as in the attached photos) or diagonally for legs that are angled.The unit is made from robust metal and a naturally finished wood shelf which is attached with screws. Mounting was simple - mark the two holes, drill, push in the anchors and secure with screws. The unit holds the ironing board easily, and the shelf is sufficient to hold the iron and perhaps some other items.It’s a nice design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I am in the process of revamping my laundry room and got this to upgrade my ironing board hanger.This is a very nice metal and unfinished wood shelf. There are 2 hooks which are easy to adjust to your specific ironing board legs so I think this should work for almost all ironing boards.This is easy to install and comes with the needed drywall anchors and screws, and only took a couple minutes to install.

The Paroto ironing board wall shelf is a stylish and functional piece that helps keep your laundry room organized. It features a solid wood base paired with painted metal, giving it a clean and modern look. The shelf itself measures 12.4 inches wide, 6 inches deep, and 2.5 inches high, with a 30-pound weight limit. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation.Mounting the shelf was straightforward, but I highly recommend trying to secure it directly into wood studs if possible-especially considering the weight of some ironing boards and irons. Once properly installed, it's very sturdy and holds well.The unit includes adjustable peg-style hooks (T and Y shaped), which are designed to fit different ironing board leg styles. However, I ran into an issue with the spacing: the Y-shaped hooks didn't have a narrow enough option to fit the top legs of my ironing board. There weren't enough slot positions, or they weren't spaced close enough. To make it work, I had to hang my ironing board upside down, as the wider spread of the bottom legs fit the existing slots better. An extra slot in the center or a slightly wider peg board and more adjustment points would improve compatibility.That said, the shelf itself is attractive and versatile. Even if you don't use it for an ironing board, it works great as a decorative or utility shelf. The wood base could easily be stained or customized to match your room's decor.Overall, this is a a solid and stylish solution to get your ironing board off the floor and clean up you space.

This is a nice looking and well-functioning ironing board wall mount with a small shelf on top for an iron and possibly a can of spray starch or something for the laundry.The ability to have the hangers either straight down or angled is nice. You can see the slots that accomplish this in the last photo. The hangers are simply slid into place in the chosen slots. For the ironing board shown, the slots have to be moved to the innermost angled position.Installation was easy. A stud location was selected for one of the holes for longer-term durability than merely sheetrock screw mounts. A more heavy duty sheetrock screw mount was used for the second hole then the ones provided, again for greater durability.At a price of nearly $30 when this was ordered, it's a fair deal but not an outstanding one for what it is. Hence four stars. If this was closer to the $20 price range it would have been five stars.

When I saw this ironing board holder from Paroto pop up on one of my chronic Amazon searches for storage solutions, I felt like an 8 year old girl who has just been shown irrefutable, living proof that unicorns are real - and you can order one from Amazon! I have spent my entire adult life cursing my ironing board's (previous) inability to be easily stored. Not once, in all my years of swearing, did I ever stop to wonder if there might be some sort of magical device that could solve my problem. (Clearly, I am one of those people for whom the obvious often proves elusive.)While this ironing board holder is a little bit smaller and more lightweight than I expected, it is very sturdy. The metal hooks are strong and the shelf is actual wood - not flimsy MDF. And, as the entire point of this product is to securely hold up a heavy ironing board, the lack of weight to the holder itself is actually very clever. The true workhorse behind this product is, of course, the mounting, as that's what has to bear the weight of the entire setup. And, while I do appreciate the manufacturer including two anchor sets - with matching black screws, nice touch! - depending upon the weight of your board, (and whatever you plan to store on the shelf) you *may* want to consider upgrading your anchors to something slightly beefier. (Zinc drywall anchors, toggle anchors, etc.)One other little thing to bear in mind: I had hoped to be able to store my iron on the shelf provided by this holder. Sadly, that is not the case. While I do believe that it would easily accommodate a standard iron, if you have one with a case/cover (like I do) it might not fit. Not a deal breaker in any way, just something to be aware of.On the whole, this is a good quality, smartly designed, and exceptionally helpful product. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who (like me) has spent years chasing their ironing board around from one inconvenient location to another. Thank you, Paroto!

My wife wanted a way to store the ironing board so we thought this would be a good idea to create some space. The installation was easy though I did switch out the anchors that came with the kit for some ones that gave more support in the back.The hanger that comes with it is really nice because there is multiple ways to connect the ironing board. We ended up just going with straight hooks downwards to connect to a bar that was on the boards legs. I would suggest putting some felt behind the arms just because of the movement that you could get which could in the long run mark or damage the walls behind it.The wood shelf is of a good size. We did notice that the wood was a little bit warped and one of the screws had pulled out. I may end up replacing it over time, but for now it's good for what we need it for.In the end it is a solid little product. Just be aware of those little details and it should be a good addition to your laundry room.
