I have another set of radios that look exactly the same as these. They have the same info written on them, they are on the same frequency. However, they will not communicate with each other. Having past experience with radios and working on them, I happen to have testing equipment and both sets do transmit the same frequency. Channel A: 434.25 MHz and channel B: 462.56 MHz. However, there is apparently a "squelch tone" that is different between the sets. With both sets, the radios that came together communicate with with each other. But one set does not communicate with the other set. In the photos above, one radio is from the first set, the other is from the second set. What would you think about them? And info on the product pages are the same other than a different seller.I had gotten these to help with taking care of an elderly parent. And this set was to help create more coverage (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen...etc). And since they look the same and the specs on them are the same, one would think they would communicate with each other.So that leaves me disappointed, and no better off than I was without them. After all, the specifications on the pages and on the radios are the same. You can purchase based on what they tell you and it still does not work because they do not give you all the information needed to make an educated decision.The radios sound clear and have good range. If all you need is one set, then either will work. But if you ever find you need to expand the set...good luck.

I really love how portable the devices are. They have incredible range at least 200 feet and work through solid concrete. The sound quality is very clear. Very easy to use. The battery life is amazing. Great value for the money. They are very functional I can send one with my son outside with his friends.
