This was very simple to install!… no real challenge even for a DYI’er!… Highly recommend this pump and kit that goes with it especially if you have a long time to wait for hot water!

Installed very easily. Works very well. Need some explanation of flow rate switch and when to change it in the documentation.

Good product. Smart Plug does not connect easily. An earlier review noted the soft compression washers that then to deform. While this installation did not have a significant problem with that issue, the washers did create a small restriction in the 3/4" line. The under-sink valves are much improved from the old plastic models.

Was impressed with all the hook-up supplied with this unit . Also unit and supplies are of excellent quality . Could not get the wireless programmer plug to down load so I bought a mechanical timer and replaced it .

The fitting and washers for the pump are garbage. The washer when tightened squeeze down and restrict the water flow and pop out of place. I tried for hours trying to attach this to my hot water tank without any leaks. I had to go to Home Depot and but new compression fittings with the rubber piece built in and installed it in 10 minutes. The piece that goes under the sink worked great without any issues.
