So prime. The great stuff is always great and expensive. The Convenience is superb. Also, it can fax without a land line.... such a savior omg. Great investment. Will take good care of it

This printer constantly jammed during usage, no matter the amount of paper in the tray. Also, it would emit an excessive amount of ink onto the paper when printing...so much so that some of the text appeared to be bolded. This causes more than normal amounts of ink to be purchased. Save your money.

Good product but no color cartridges available. I have a product that I cannot use. Why sell this product when there are no cartridges available. I am sad and disappointed.

Printer is good, just wish I'd known it was a discontinued model. Having difficult time finding HP color print cartridges.
