I liked its physical capabilities, the touch screen control and the keyboard and the fact that you can fold it in half and use it like a tablet. I bought one to save a little bit of money because this one was a refurb for $425 But when I got it all was in the box was a Ac cord an the PC. It only had six apps which are the basic ones to operate the PC. But other than that you would have to download every single thing and there are no kind of instructions. None of the free antivirus options are available anymore. They have expired. This computer is at least 2 years old according to the internal memory. But it was sold to me as good as new but refurbished by some outside company.

So my laptop recently like completely died and I figured I’d get one from Amazon. It came easy and it looked new but when I tried to turn it on, I saw nothing but a bunch of messages and I don’t know what to do. I don’t have time to get a new laptop and school starts soon. I’m definitely going to be looking into getting a refund.

Gf broke her last lap top while closing it. She wanted exactly same 1. With finger print to access lap top. And camera has shutter. Smaller size than original and it's perfect.

Bought this back in April and it was working ok, the number 2 button wasn’t working but I was working with it. Today I turned it on the touchscreen doesn’t work, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options and it still doesn’t work ( it doesn’t even work in tablet mode). To make things better the speaker doesn’t work- resetting it doesn’t work.

I got to laptop stolen and decided to go with different brand but no way that other brand get close to hp products picture quality is amazing performance is amazing never disappoint very happy this ti.e I'll put a tracking devise and register it tks seller and Amazon
