This tool is okay. Not the easiest to keep straight or to get the snap to completely compress. Wound up having to use the hammer in type of fastner tool on some of the snaps.

This Yewltvep Heavy Duty Snap Fastener Tool kit comes with the Snap Fastener Tool, 3 metal die molds and a bunch of buttons cap and buttons sockets.Each die has a specific task. One is for punching holes, making the tool function as a punch plier. Another die is for the buttons cap and the third die for the buttons sockets.There are also screw type sockets that can be install on wood or similar surfaces.The Yewltvep Heavy Duty Snap Fastener Tool works in light to medium weight leather and fabrics and even cardboard. It can be installed on jeans, jackets, backpack and cardboard boxes.There are not instructions included with the tool. Even though the tool is very simple to use, it could be challenging for first time users. Instructions are also necessary when replenishing the snap buttons with the right size for the tool.Also the tool arrived misaligned, which required and Allen key or hex bit to losen it and align it.These snap pliers are great for applying professional-looking metal buttons on your garments and accessories and they are fairly priced.

My wife has been using these to install button on handmade bags. She loves how easy they are for her to use. They work great!!!

I needed one of these. I use many different types of snap fasteners on vehicles, my work cart, and many other places and it's not always easy to do the setting with a hammer and anvil. The bonus is more snap fasteners. I buy the packs in the store and the best I've found is a pack of 10. There's a lot more than 10 in this pack. Maybe my next order I'll just order another one of these.It took a minute to get used to this setup but I enjoy using this way more over the old way.

One thing I like about my tools, especially ones that require a solid grip, is that they have a nice weight to them. These are not light weight garbage, they have a solid heft and feel good in the hand. The storage box is a nice touch and it comes with several different sized inserts.

Yes,yes,yes . Seen bad reviews on vise grip cheaper snap button tools so I decided to spend a little extra and buy this tool. DID 30 plus snap and not 1 failure. Didn't come with instructions but was easy for me to figure out how to use. Great magnetic die stays in place always. 1 die for punching hole,1 die for snapping buttons.3rd die did not use. Only inconvenience was constantly changing dies on tool which needed real minor adjustment change everytime on punch. Buying 2 tools if you have alot of snap buttons to do would avoid this.Otherwise this tool is the bomb!! So happy with results. No reason at all for a bad review with this product. Never did snap buttons install before. This tool made it a breeze

Works great. I use mine for closures on leather but I found that the screw mounted snaps are coming in handy as Iβm finding more uses. Definitely cleaner and easier than the hammer method.
