Don't recommend this table. Could not adjust the convex pattern to concave with the adjusters. The climate adjusters stripped. Blue Wave customer service was very good and they sent us another table. Same thing with this one but worse, the board is warped.I would give this zero stars if it were possible. Blue Wave is fine, the product is inferior.

This is a great table! It gives enough of a challenge that you wouldn't be embarrassed when playing in public, too. We are 64 yrs. young & don't want to sit on the couch. Neither do we want to go to a bar to play this game, so we purchased one for our game room. It will also give us something to do when we have company over. It came with 3 parts damaged...I spoke to a company rep, who is sending me an E-mail on how to report the damage so they can send replacement parts to us. If they do not, I will change my review because I believe a company needs to stand behind their product. The 3 damaged items were packed in the smaller light box, so this shouldn't have happened. Have people ready to help you bring it into your house, as it weighs over 500 lbs. total. I will also change this review if the table doesn't settle down...it takes a few days for the humidity in your house to get the table to completely flatten. Ours played pretty well, but the puck curves a bit when it shouldn't. My husband is an engineer, who says he believes this will adjust in a few days...per the company's representation in writing. We love playing it!!!! Thanks for making this product!!!!
